Update on freja connections

The dicom server installed on freja is now the dcm4chee toolkit. We are looking at the possibility to set up a connection to the PACS as we had earlier. An advantage of the dcm4chee toolkit is that you can ask to have a username and then can log on a webservice to immediately see that your data has been safely stored on it.
