Hermes on the way?

Perhaps we will get service from Hermes on Wednesday 7/10...? My list of Hermes complaints includes the following:

• License problems (all licenses in use when they're clearly not)
• Not possible to run obelix remotely
• X-manager problems on asterix and idefix
• New printer to be installed
• CD reading problems
• Connection Hermes -> valhall possible?
