IT contact

I am now installed as IT contact for SMILE. This means that I will be able to order e.g. PACS-accounts for Imagelab users, extra wall sockets for computers and other things. However, there seems to be yet another level of access required to be able to order IP numbers (which was the point of this whole exercise). I'm working on it...
